“I enjoyed taking Green Light Classroom. It was good to see things that I’ve been doing that are of value to my students. I had allowed myself to be swayed in some areas by Red Light teachers who made me feel some things weren’t as beneficial. This course has given me a spark back that what I’m doing is best for my students no matter what others may think. I enjoyed seeing the different lessons and how teachers are implementing things in green light classroom. This course was a beneficial on to take.” -Brenda D., OH

“I loved the convenience of taking this course at my leisure, in addition to having some amazing communication with the staff when problems arose. I’ve taken graduate courses elsewhere, but I tend to gravitate toward options from Be a Great Teacher as they seem relevant and practical to our classroom life currently.”–Nicole S., SD

“I thought this course was well organized. The text and the assignments were very applicable to the course. I really like this format of learning. Self-study works very well for me. I have taken other recertification courses that have rubrics and I find those courses very confusing. My goal in taking this course is to be more prepared to excite my students to learn all they can about anatomy, biology, and chemistry. I want them to have fun learning and be involved in lab activities to develop the use of Green Light Strategies.”–Richard K.–IA
