A true teacher’s teacher, Fink shares his toolbox for promoting excellence in the classroom using an interactive, positive approach. He shares his method for creating and sustaining optimal learning and teaching environments with an insistence on connection. Participants will leave these seminars not only feeling a renewed enthusiasm for the profession but more importantly, with unique, usable action plans for immediate implementation in the classroom.
Bob has been the recipient of multiple honors, including Springfield Teacher of the Year, Regional WEM Outstanding Educator Award winner for Teacher Achievement, the Minnesota State Class A Baseball Coach of the Year, Gatorade, and Minnesota Viking High School Football Coach of the Week. He was a proud staff member of Springfield Elementary School which was recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School in 2022. He is the founder and CEO of Educational Resources of MN and the home of Be A Great Teacher. For the past 22 years, Bob has written graduate-level, professional development classes that have been taken by thousands of teachers nationwide.
