The class was great as it provide a positive steps to helping revaluate myself as a teachers and strategies to help continue in a growth mindset. Lorie S., NE.
This course was exactly what I need. I have struggled with teaching in a negative environment for a while and am switching to a new district this fall. This course challenged me to reflect and gave me ideas on how to be a better teacher in my new role. I enjoyed that this class was self-paced and there were options on questions to respond to in each lesson. I would highly recommend this class to any and all teachers who are looking to improve their teaching and gain insight on themselves as a teacher. My future students will be better off because I took this course. Thank you! Megan D., IA
It was a great refresher, and I feel reinvigorated. Thank you! Sunny S., IL

"You know when someone tells you a book is a "quick read," and then it isn't? That is NOT the case for this course's book. It is 159 pages, but SUCH A QUICK READ because it is practical, entertaining, relevant, and easy to understand. The short anecdotes from the authors are fun to read and make you feel connected to the content. There are 18 chapters, but they are short which allow you to stay focused on answering each lesson's prompts as you go. It was also nice to have one prompt per lesson. It allowed me to really focus on what was being asked, because sometimes it's hard to do that when there are three or four per lesson. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good independent study course!"-- Brynne M., MN
